Gina D’Amico joined Zinober Diana, P.A. as an associate practicing in the areas of general liability, first-party property & casualty defense, insurance coverage, and commercial litigation.
Gina began her legal career in Gainesville, Florida at a small firm where she represented clients in family law, estate planning, and appellate cases. Gina transitioned into a private insurance defense practice in 2013 and, since then, she has handled cases in the areas of first and third party auto (UM, BI and PIP) as well as homeowner (Sinkhole, water loss, slip and fall, arson, etc.) and commercial auto general liability cases.
Gina attended Elmira College where she earned her bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, magna cum laude. Gina received her Juris Doctor from Florida Coastal School of Law in 2011 where she was member of the Moot Court Honor Board and worked as a Teaching Assistant and Research Assistant.
While at Florida Coastal, Gina interned with the Honorable Bradford Thomas at the First District Court of Appeal researching a variety of legal topics at the appellate level. Gina also interned with a criminal defense firm in Jacksonville, as well as the Public Defender’s Office in Delaware and New York.
In her free time, Gina enjoys traveling, playing softball and volleyball, and watching her favorite Philadelphia teams, the Eagles and the Phillies.
Gina is admitted to the Florida Bar and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
