Michael Magee Jr. joined Zinober, Diana & Monteverde, P.A. as an associate attorney practicing in the areas of first-party property & casualty defense and construction litigation. His practice is focused primarily on first-party property litigation and insurance coverage disputes. J. Michael has a background in insurance defense practice, handling cases in the areas of third-party auto, premises liability, and general commercial liability cases.
Michael graduated Cum Laude from Stetson University in 2009 with a Bachelors of Business Administration and a minor in Business Law. He was in the Beta Gamma Sigma Business School Honor Society and the Vice President of Member Development (2008) in Sigma Phi Epsilon Fraternity. J. Michael received his Juris Doctorate from St. Thomas University School of Law, graduatingCum Laude, with a Certificate in Tax Law. During his time at St. Thomas, J. Michael taught as an Assistant Learning Instructor for Contracts, volunteered as a Voluntary Income Tax Assistance Preparer, and worked at a boutique law firm part-time. J. Michael is admitted to practice law in the State of Florida and United States District Court in the Southern District of Florida.
In his free time, J. Michael enjoys weight-training and triathlon training as hobbies and volunteers as a coach for Special Olympics Basketball and Cycling.
