William R. Burke
Biography
Born in Clearwater, Bill Burke is a native of the Tampa Bay area, as well as an aficionado of the area’s local traditions, culture and history. He graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications and worked for a local Fortune 150 company before attending law school at Stetson University College of Law. Before joining Zinober, Diana & Monteverde, P.A., Bill worked representing both carriers and homeowners in insurance coverage disputes. Bill joined Zinober, Diana & Monteverde, P.A. as an associate attorney practicing in the areas of general liability, first-party property & casualty defense, insurance coverage and commercial litigation. In his ten plus years of practice, he has helped resolve disputes on both residential and commercial property claims.
In his free time, Bill enjoys traveling, being outdoors, and spending time with his wife and three children. Bill is admitted to practice in all state courts in the State of Florida, as well as the Federal Court for the Middle District of Florida.
