Shannon Caplan

Shannon Caplan is a Partner at Zinober, Diana, & Monteverde, P.A. where she focuses her practice on first-party property & casualty defense.

Prior to joining, Zinober, Diana, & Monteverde, P.A., Ms. Caplan practiced insurance defense and handled general premises liability, property damage and insurance subrogation defense, professional liability, and negligent security. Ms. Caplan also has experience representing banks, mortgage lenders, and mortgage insurance companies in various areas including loan origination, loan servicing, foreclosure, and post-foreclosure deficiencies.

Ms. Caplan is a South Florida Native. She grew up in Broward County. After high school, she attended the University of Central Florida where she earned her B.S. in Political Science in 2008. She went on to earn her Juris Doctor Degree from the Florida International University College of Law in 2013.

Ms. Caplan is a member of the Florida Bar, as well as the Young Lawyers Section of the Broward County Bar Association.
