Natalya Lopez
Biography
Natalya Lopez joined Zinober, Diana & Monteverde, P.A. as an Associate in the firm’s Fort Lauderdale office where she handles matters involving first-party property defense and insurance coverage counsel statewide.
Prior to joining Zinober, Diana & Monteverde, P.A., Natalya worked at an insurance defense firm where she represented insurance carriers through all phases of litigation, as well as provided pre-suit coverage counsel and conducted examinations under oath. Natalya also has experience representing plaintiffs in first-party property breach of contract and declaratory relief actions.
Natalya received her law degree, magna cum laude, from Florida A&M University College of Law. During her time in law school, Natalya earned highest grade awards in six courses, Dean’s List honors, and merit-based scholarships. Natalya also served as a Research Associate to Law Professor and Scholar Maritza Reyes and was a member of the Hispanic American Law Student Association.
Natalya obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree in Legal Studies from the University of Central Florida where she earned Dean’s list designation every semester.
Prior to her legal career, Natalya worked as a Florida real estate agent and a real property acquisition and disposition manager. She managed restoration and renovation projects in Florida, Connecticut, and Puerto Rico.
Natalya is a member of the Florida Bar and the Broward County Bar Association.
On her time off, Natalya enjoys photography, traveling, and family time.
