Kali Sinclair joined Zinober, Diana & Monteverde, P.A. in 2018 as an Associate in the firm’s Fort Lauderdale office. A passionate and talented advocate, Kali has experience representing insurers, attorneys, real estate professionals, homeowner’s associations and hotels in breach of contract, fraud and misrepresentation, breach of fiduciary duty, trade practices, consumer protection and discrimination actions in both state and federal court, as well as pre-suit. She currently focuses her practice on first-party property, construction defect, and commercial litigation. Kali is no stranger to high exposure matters, having litigated cases with over $20 million in controversy.
Kali earned her bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies with a specialization in Litigation and Advocacy from the University of Central Florida. She earned her Juris Doctor from Florida State University College of Law in 2015, and she is admitted to practice in all state courts in Florida, as well as the United States District Court in the Southern and Middle District of Florida.
A South Florida native, Kali enjoys spending time at the beach, exercising, and testing out new recipes. She is also a passionate philanthropist and current Secretary of Ms. Esquire, a not-for-profit organization comprised of female attorneys devoted to supporting women in law, raising awareness of mental health issues in the legal community, and uplifting underprivileged youth in the community.
